There are many different reasons that couples seek therapy.

Building a relational foundation based upon principles of mutuality, fairness, and sensitivity promote feelings of safety and security that all couples benefit from as individuals and a unit regardless of your stage or state of relationship. Couples therapy is as equally helpful for couples who find themselves in seemingly endless cycles of heated argument: shaming, blaming, and criticizing each other, as it is to those who are slowly and quietly drifting apart, living more as room mates that romantic partners.

Couples also seek therapy as a preemptive measure in-order to strengthen their unit against the inevitable hardships that life will throw their way. All are welcome here.
